Luc & Stephenie DeBonis
Stephenie DeBonis has been in real estate since 2004 — starting on the mortgage side as a notary and loan officer assistant, learning the financial mechanics of every transaction long before she ever held a listing. She became a licensed agent in 2015, founded the DeBonis Real Estate Team in 2016, and was recognized as a top-5 producer in Riverside County in 2020 and 2021. She brings a rare combination of financial fluency and genuine warmth to every client relationship — the kind of agent who understands your numbers and actually listens to your situation.
Luc spent his career in food service delivery before an injury redirected his path in 2015. He joined Stephenie in real estate that same year, and it turned out the skills that made him good at his first career — straight talk, reliability, reading people — made him a natural fit for his second. He is the person on the team who will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, and clients consistently say that is exactly what they needed.

Patrick DeBonis
Patrick DeBonis grew up in Riverside, bought his first home in Beaumont in his late 20s, and joined the family team in 2018. That decision to put down roots here was not incidental — it was the same move he now helps his clients make every day.
As Director of Sales, Patrick oversees the day-to-day operations of the team and works directly with buyers and sellers from first conversation through close. Whether you are taking your first steps toward buying a home or thinking about what it would take to sell, Patrick is the person who makes the process feel manageable — outgoing, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in the outcome.
He lives in Beaumont with his wife and two kids, which means the neighborhoods he sells are the same ones his family calls home.
